Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)

Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) can help with difficulties that are maintained by self-criticism and self-blame. 

CFT can reduce feelings of shame, guilt and anxiety. It incorporates aspects of CBT and mindfulness, and helps to activate the self-calming system and cultivate self-compassion.
