Person Centred Therapy

A Person Centred therapeutic approach is founded on the belief that every human being strives to fulfil their own potential and become their true self.

The approach offers a genuine therapeutic relationship, with empathy, and non-judgement as the key principles necessary for healing, growth and change.

Person Centred therapy comes within a group of psychological therapies known as ‘Humanistic’ approaches, which also includes Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, and Existential Psychotherapy. I have a background training in each Humanistic approach, all of which beneficially contribute to shaping holistic, careful and effective therapy.
